We visited on 24/05/25 - the two guys in the shop , Jack and we didn't get the other guys name were amazing to say the least. A credit to American golf - they were knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and polite. 100% would return due to their customer service, a true credit to the company!

Great little shop, staff always friendly and really helpful. Always happy to keep my little one entertained with some putting practice while I shop so a lot less stressful when trying on shoes, etc. Free parking behind shop, but this can get very busy at peak times because it's only got about 15-20 spaces.
Always ask if you can't see what you want because they are happy to help and I got the most comfortable Golfino ladies shoes in the sale (and about 6 styles to choose from) when I could only see 2 styles on the display and was going to walk out and look elsewhere.

Went for a fitting this morning, my husband had one too. He was delighted with the results and ordered a new driver. However, they couldn't help me. I left feeling totally useless. Would advise women high handicappers to avoid.

Great customer service from Callum yesterday on a driver fitting. You can expect to be dealt with fairly and solutions designed with your best interests in mind. Highly recommended. Have previously purchased Wilson D9 irons here and been highly satisfied.
