“Amazing and helpful! I had my nose pierced less than 48 hours before I knocked it out and lost the stud. Not only did they quickly jump to help me, they also reassured me ans got a new stud in for me without question! I didn’t even get the original piercing done here. Chloe (I think was her name, I was stressing out at the time and might have got this wrong!) - assistant manager was absolutely lovely and offered to change it for me when I want to put a hoop in when it’s healed. Such friendly and lovely service. I’m so grateful ☺️”
