Just had out carpets fitted and we are over the moon. Jay in the Homebase Tapi carpets was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience very easy. The fitters were great too.

We went with Tapi in Bredbury for our new build house, Jay was our sales person who helped organise the price and fitting (not easy as our house wasn't even on the map yet!) He also offered good advise and was accommodating on getting the fitting just before Christmas closedown, also on hand for any further questions we had.Would definitely recommend for ease of mind!

Thanks Tapi Bredbury. We knew what we wanted. Looked after by Jay who dealt with us promptly and worked out an excellent price. Booked for measurements to make sure all okey. Carpet ordered & fitted the following week. Also removed old carpet & disposed.We ordered an excellent quality wool carpet for the lounge. I would recommend Tapi Bredbury?they will for sure look after you properly.

We was pleased with our laminate flooring but unfortunately we had to return it.when we met the sales person and explained why. she put us in touch with sales manager by phone who explained that we will only get 50% of our money back due to terms and conditions stating that they don't stock the flooring and would have to sell it on at a loss.if this is so why wasn't this explained before we brought it. So beware disappointed

I visited the Bredbury store on the 14th January I was impressed with the choice of carpets. Andy the salesperson was so helpful without being pushy. After considering I returned on the 18th and ordered my carpet. Thanks Andy you made everything so easy.
