I?ve put up with this chemist for years! The staff are becoming more rude each time you go in. Emergency prescriptions are never ready after a long queue watching the staff laughing and joking in the background (which is fine IF the queue isn?t out the door!)Every month I go for my repeat prescriptions and they?re either missing something or even a week later they?re still not ready!It?s not acceptable and needs to be sorted, the amount of posts about this chemist on a local forum is ridiculous? but spot on, yet nothing changes! So I?m gone for good!

Shocking service. Phoned 6 times to chase a repeat prescription.The phone rings & then cuts you off. Had to go to the pharmacy to sort it out. I asked why the phone is not answered & was told someone else must have been on the line but you will still hear the ring tone - I rang the pharmacy whilst I was in there & no phone rang out.

Recently have been given wrong dose (caught before leaving) and another persons prescription by accident. Today, been waiting an hour and a half for a repeat put in over a week ago. Came back after an hour so they could finish making it up, now over half an hour for "checking". Whole morning gone for picking up a repeat prescription. Many others have left having waited for long periods. If this was a one off I wouldn't mind, but issues surrounding timely dispensing seem common. *Update* Three days later, still trying to get one item of the prescription, they have it now (despite being told would be two days ago), and back to a long wait for dispensing (40 minutes and counting as it wasn't made up).

Wouldn't even give this pharmacy one star if I didn't have to. I have my medicine weekly and every week me and my mum go in they are never ready, they should be ready the same day every week but never are. They just dont care and forget about people. They either make us wait (sometimes up to 2 hours) or say they dont have any and to come back another day but when we do come back they are still not ready, they just dont care about peoples health and palm you off.. this pharmacy have said for the past 4 weeks they didn't have my epilepsy medicine in stock, and didn't even apologise or try and help. Luckily I had some at home to last me but I was running out. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Every week I got very anxious and worried because i knew they would say they didnt have my tablets ready. This pharmacy is a joke!! Its caused me nothing but anxiety. Me and my mum made the decision to change to a decent pharmacy that will have my medicine in stock regularly.Don't go to this pharmacy, you'll have nothing but delays and problems ??

The staff members are really kind and lovely always remember my name and always polite and chatty! Never had a problem with staff, the queues are a bit long and I do feel like the service is very overwhelmed!But people should expect to wait! We can't have everything all at once all the time! I think the staff deserve to be given a break and be treated with compassion! As they are taking care of us with the work they do!

They never answer the phone,so if you have an urgent problem your screwed. Was trying for two hours to sort medication 4 days before a bank holiday weekend, then three then two each time no answer, phone rings then they just cut you off. They do not care.

Quite surprised at poor reviews. Much quicker thanLloyds but usually queue. Phone system needs review as can never get through.

Its dirty, dusty, under staffed, huge queues, nothing is ever ready or on time. They don't answer the phones, the automatic text system works now and again. Taken 5 days to get an "urgent prescription" feel sorry for the staff cause that place is rank.

I got really bad infection doctor prescribed me 2 tablets 4 time a day for 10 days which is 80 tablets they gave me 40 Im a day without the antibiotic now and infection came back and is really bad now. I know mistakes happens but normally mistake I would say 1 or few tablets missing and not half of them.

Terrible, under staffed pharmacy. Queue for 30 mins to be told to come back in 30 mins for medication then have to join the queue again for another 30 minutes

the same problem every month. Medication not prepared for collection, medication misspelled, very rude staff
