They?ve got to be one of the rudest staff I?ve ever met in customer service. They literally leave you waiting until they finish their conversations. God forbid you ever buy alcohol because they always have an opinion on it. No matter what I buy from that shop they always have an opinion.

had an amazing experience at one stop the other day! didnt know where the feminine hygiene products were but faith was more than happy to help me find them however, Macy, who went on to serve me on the till, thought this was funny and laughed under her breath and gave me a funny look when she was scanning my items. not happy and the five stars is for faith only!

If I could give 0 stars I would, some workers are absolute treasures to this place, Ive been in many time and think their names are faith and Shelly and Dan, other than that there?s nothing good about it.
I went in earlier to get last minute bits for Christmas tomorrow, one girl on the tills, I?m unsure of her name but she had very short blonde hair and wears glasses, she was very rude and seemed incapable of her job, not sure if she?s new but either a lack of training or a lack of effort had been put in and overall it has ruined my experience of this one stop, going to look for other one stops in local area to go instead as she?s completely ruined my view of this store.

Very rude and unprofessional behavior by the shift Manager Sheryl or whatever her name was.
I called the store in the afternoon to enquire if they have IDP facility available, to which the staff had to toss the phone over to a colleague and he confirmed that they have it. I asked them till what time do they serve with IDP and he answered we close at 10.
I drive all the way from Warrington to this shop., fast forward to 8:25 pm, this Lady says you will have to come tomorrow. Why? cranking about the loads or stocks that has to be shelfed!! Explained her that I have a flight and I need it but she goes No, I cant. I don?t have time??? I wonder if there was a white person coming to her, had she reacted the same? There was 1.5 hrs left and she did not want to offer me help!
I stood there in silence and despair. Tried ringing a few other stores and the one guy who answered saiid, he could do that for me anytime before 10.
I reached there after driving for another 25 minutes and reached around 9:25 he did it for me in 5-7 minutes.
All it took was 5-7 minutes! She could have spared those 5-7 minutes but no, was it because I?m toned different?? Disappointed!!!

Shop falsely accuses customers of theft for being with people who steal when it is out of their control what other people do or don?t do and physically man handles customers when they next come in to tell them they are banned, also wouldn?t talk about your personal life in this shop if employees know you or your peers/family members as all or any information is broadcasted to the public

Rude staff. Especially the large man with dark hair and speaks maybe russian/polish? Really moody and aggressive manner. Everybody in the area says so. I think he should move onto a job not working with the public.

Prices are reasonable and it's local but wow the staff need some customer relations training.
