The food and service here were fantastic.
We had a table for 8 and there were lots of demands from the old ones amongst us. The waitress never stopped smiling and all the food and drinks were served correctly and tasted great. ?

We visited as a group of 8 on Tuesday evening. The staff were fantastic: friendly, attentive and hard working. The food was extremely tasty. All together a great evening.

Stopped off at the Antrobus Arms on Bank Holiday Monday after a drive out with two friends, and it was definitely worth it. I had the burger and it was honestly to die for ? perfectly cooked, with loads of flavour, and the bacon and cheese just topped it off nicely. The fries were spot on too, really crispy and well-seasoned. The side of coleslaw was a nice touch as well.
It is a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for ? the quality was excellent and the portion sizes were generous. Really glad we made the trip out, and I?d happily go back again for another

The staff could not have been more helpful. The food was excellent.
It's a fair trek on a bicycle from Chester (hence 4* location) but well worth it!
Staff were feeling some pressure due to a temporary traveller encampment next door but they were smiling through adversity

We had a fantastic meal at The Antrobus Arms last night. The scallops off the special menu and the sirloin steak with prawns was phenomenal. We were served by Charles. He was very polite, attentive and made us feel extremely welcome. We also made use of their CAMC campsite which is on site. Many thanks

Sunday roast was amazing, food cooked to perfection, loved the vegetarian nut roast. Shame I had to pay £1 extra for a Yorkshire pudding, especially when the vege option was the same price at the topside beef. The nutroast did advertise it came with all the trimmings so you would expect a Yorkshire for the price it cost to make them
Either way I highly recommend it.
