I've been a customer of flames for a long time I've seen 2-3 different owners but never had any issues, I've had a flames tonight and honestly can't believe it, got home and sat down to eat to find that within five-10 minutes my food has gone cold and I don't mean mildly warm I mean cold to even touch, normally it stays hot for a good 15-20 minutes then warm for a further 10. I don't know if there is a new owner as the regular chap wasn't there tonight but I'm honestly so annoyed as this is the first ever issue I've had here.

Watch what they charge you, the prices they tried to charge me weren't the same as the menu shown in the shop.

Absolutely the most vile slimey fried chicken I have ever been served what a waste of money every piece was gone in the bin we would rather stay hungry than eat the uneatable

Ordered meat feast pizza and chips....pizza was awful, tasted of nothing...clearly poor quality ingredients. Chips were mushy....avoid.

Awful after being overcharged "by accident" the food was inedible the chicken was definitely not fresh, soggy batter on the inside and bone dry chicken. My partner and I have since woken up in agony with our stomach. Avoid like the plague folks!!!

Unfortunately, since flames have gone down hill in my opinion. We always have cheesy chip and have for years but since they have had new containers for the chips it's terrible. The cheese sticks to the container and paper rips off with the cheese and chips. It also means everything gets cold quicker. The portions have also gone smaller. Really disappointing.
