It?s an okay store shame about the toilet and its conditions at times and when at self serv checkout your stood there with a issue with your till and staff stand there or walk away when there is problems and then scans there id code to then walk away leaving the till in p.o.s mode which means anything could happen especially not been returned to shopping mode will be letting manager know on my next visit as it?s quite possible for someone to mess around with the till not very secure

Lovely friendly staff, however paying £1 an hour to park and spend money in your shop, no thanks. Went to Tesco at Kidsgrove instead

A well laid out store filled with good fresh produce. Brightly lit and enclosed chilled goods in synthetic light, great for headache inducing, dark room seeking isolation to recover. The lady at the checkout told me she looked like Debbie Harry, and if have seen a recent picture of the one time super pop star, you might agree. The cashier raced through my items as fast as she could, it took two of us just to keep up, most uncomfortable to say the least.
I like the store for its quality food, but the checkout woman deserves a job in Hades if you were to ask me.

Asda is my go to of all supermarkets whether it's in-store or online. Today I went to a different store to collect my online shopping and then instore to collect a parcel which first of all had no clear queue or signage to say that all customer service desk and parcel collections were in the same queue, which when the staff member did tell me she was very rude in how she addressed me. I was happy to join the back of the queue but while in the queue the same staff member stopped serving people in the queue to intervene with another customer who had already got the assistance of 2 members of staff. Not sure if she realised how she was presenting herself to the customers, if she didn't then she needs to be more self aware. I will still stick to nipping Sainsbury's down the road from now on

We came to pick up a parcel & decided to do some shopping.its got everything you want & nice & friendly. Have heard it may be pay & display in the future but that won't put us off shopping here.
