Food was bland tasted like chips just came out of the sea way too salty ..
won?t be visiting again nuggets under cooked and popcorn burnt lovely staff but the food nowhere near

Not what it used to be. Thin, dry pieces of cod - half of which was greasy batter. Chips were ok if not undercooked and anaemic looking. Increased prices and stingy fish portions make this place one to miss.

I didn?t think I?d find chips as good as my mums - but these were pretty damn close. And the fish was beautiful, white and flaky. Perfectly cooked.

Excellent service from Fosters, best fish I have ever had, it was simply beautiful! Not the best chips I've had but they were still very nice. Highly recommend this chippy.

Always fabulous quality fish and chips!Helped by being served in a cardboard box, which keeps them warm.
It's not the cheapest,but I don't mind paying more for excellent quality.

Visited again 4 years later.
Loved it. The other half said the fish was the best one he has had. My daughter enjoyed her pie.
The chips were beautiful...
My partners fish was quite thin and small. Thought the beans are expensive £1.50 for a small portion but enjoyed the chips
