I had such a lovely experience at Caffè Nero thanks to Azad and his colleague! Azad went out of his way to make a drink for me that I?d tried somewhere else ? and he nailed it. He was so kind, friendly, and genuinely made me feel welcome. It?s rare to meet staff who are that attentive and warm. Both he and his colleague created such a great atmosphere ? they made my day! Definitely coming back. ?

I have been there several times and every time coffee was made with passion and was very good.

In here nearly everyday. Staff are great and coffee normally on point but I don't understand why they don't do something about all the flies. It's so unhygienic. Really needs a deep clean and a bit of a refresh.

Arrived at 10.30 to queue of 7 in front. The baristas were painfully slow at one stage stopping serving to empty and refill the dishwasher. Made the drinks one at a time so took even longer. 2 coffees eventually arrived at 10.55. They need more and quicker staff. Won?t be going back.
