My wife and I have been patients for over 20years, and over the last few weeks the service has changed drastically and the service one gets is now truly exceptional! - nothing is too much trouble. When I messed up on ordering a repeat prescription for heart tablets, the young lady on the phone said not to worry she would sort it out and get an emergency prescription organised, and she even phoned me back 30mins later to say the prescription had been issued and wished me a nice day!Fantastic - keep it up!!

I have been a patient for many years, and so very glad that I am, when I hear others complaining about their practices. I am most grateful for the truly superb service that I always receive. Well done to all - doctors, nurses and reception.

Rang for an apt and told the receptionist what it was regarding so she could prioritise me. She kindly got me an emergency appointment that day. 5 weeks on I'm waiting for a 2nd removal of an aggressive melanoma. If she hadn't been so lovely and got me an emergency appointment I'd have been waiting until after Christmas for the 1st removal. I find the reception team and doctors here extremely kind and helpful. Definitely the best practice myself and my husband have been registered at.

We would like to say thank you for all the treatment we have received over the last few years at the Alderley Edge Medical Practice.When GP surgeries are getting bad publicity, it?s great to know that our local surgery offers such a high standard of service.The care and attention from all the staff has been excellent and we have been particularly impressed by Dr Vital who has given a first class service.Dr Vital has been very kind, understanding and reassuring with both myself and husband. She took time to explain our treatment options and really put us at ease.I highly recommend this GP practice.

Despite opening at 8.30 the phone constantly plays a recorded message saying they?re closed (it?s 09.30) - very poor service when you have a sick toddler.

A big thank you to the reception staff, doctors and district nurses for all of the care they provided to my grandma at the end of her life. She was cared for exceptionally well and having such great support from her GP surgery made such a difference to our family at this difficult time. Thank you.

Doctors are great, never had long waiting times. Nice new facilities. Such a shame one of the receptionists is so passive agressive and rude for no reason both in person and on the phone. Extremely unhelpful. Didnt catch the monsters name. Maybe get a job that you enjoy?Update. Have had lovely interactions with staff for the last couple of years. V helpful. That one staff member must have taken my advice and left. Or maybe they prescribed her some muscle relaxants

I was worried about my child quite late in the day- the very kind receptionist managed to get me in to see the GP who did a thorough assessment and we were able to start treatment later that evening. Thank you all so much for your care :)

I've worked in the medical private medical practice for 22 years but our doctors get top of the class for the service they give their patients and the care from reception to nurse to doctor they make the pathway easy for the patient and reassuring that they look after you 100% well done alderley medical practice

Nice modern Surgery with kind medical staff and welcoming reception with the exception of one older intrusive/obstructive (as someone else has pointed out) very passive aggressive " jobsworth". Having been patients for many years we wonder if recent complaints from the surgery about "attacks and abuse" of Reception staff are really just people (less timid than myself) complaining about HER poor attitude and rudeness. Thus she gets in a pre emptive strike so to speak and no one questions her role in this. Why do the job if you loathe people so much?

I have been a patient of The Alderley Edge Medical Pratcice for over two years and they have always been fantastic.Today I have been having serious concerns with my newborn baby who is just over two weeks old with an Reflux issue and continuous crying and I have attempted to book an appointment with the Doctor as advised by my midwives and paediatrician who said an appointment could be booked under my own name.I was told by a receptionist and despite my pleading that I would be unable to book an appointment until my child?s birth was registered officially.Despite her having no medical knowledge or further investigating the reason for me requiring an appointment so urgently.I find this deeply concerning and distressing as we have now had to fastrack the registration of my sons birth to enable us to get a doctors appointment which seems like such a pendantic approach given the potential risks with newborn babies.My mother in Law is a manager of numerous medical practices and said that under no circumstances should anyone turn away newborn babies / young children with or without prior registration within their practice.It has taken 48 hours to get the soonest possible appointment to register my babies birth and I hope to get an GP appointment soon after hence the negative review which is a shame given the service I have received in the past.But I think this protocol is one that seriously needs some guidance and changing with a matter of urgency. As the receptionist could have turned away a serious issue with a newborn baby which required medical attention.I hope this is not the case....
