No one cleaned the tables the whole time we were there. Dirty toilets. We wanted to stay in but our coffee was served in take away cups anyway.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly entrance, toilet and tables.

My service was a little slow, I felt like I was put to the back of the queue.I am surprised by the dust and webs above the serving and seating area's.Parking: Don't forget to enter the Reg number on the tablet on the counter.

One of the baristas there, Riley, is rude, and constantly belittles other staff members; in front of customers I might add! It?s disgusting behaviour and I?m not the only person to witness this. Riley is rude and is more concerned about rushing orders and thinking it?s okay to put others down, than treating fellow staff members and customers with respect and compassion.

My recent visit to Starbucks was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I stepped into the establishment, it became evident that the management and hygiene were severely lacking.Firstly, I was appalled by the extreme unprofessionalism displayed by the manager, Reily. Their lack of interest in addressing customer needs was evident, as they seemed disinterested and indifferent during my attempt to communicate my concerns. It's disheartening to encounter such a dismissive attitude in a place that should prioritize customer satisfaction.Moreover, the long wait I experienced was frustrating. The inefficiency of the staff and the seemingly chaotic organization contributed to the unnecessarily prolonged waiting time. I understand that busy periods can be challenging, but it appeared that the management was ill-equipped to handle the situation effectively.The poor hygiene standards further added to the negative impression. The establishment looked unkempt, with unclean tables and floors, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the premises. To my dismay, I noticed dead flies trapped in the window, which only served to reinforce my disappointment with the lack of attention to detail and cleanliness.Starbucks has always been synonymous with quality and exceptional service, but my recent encounter at this particular location was far from it. I hope that management takes these criticisms constructively and endeavors to improve their operations for the benefit of all customers.I regret that my experience fell far below my expectations, and I'm left with a lingering feeling of dissatisfaction. I hope that others will be spared from such a disheartening encounter in the future.

Customer service is weird as cashier barely speaks english, my wife couldn't understand a single word, Barista is rushing as if the world is coming to an end, coffee tastes like water, there is clearly more ice in it than coffee or milk and my pregnant wife clearly stated "no cream", now shes crying, never seen her so disappointed. Quantity over quality in this coffee shop, very sad, very lame on Starbucks owners, paying such a price for what, a brand? Choosing Costa next time for sure

Quiet, not too crowded, have discount for anyone working in the Cygnet Park, make sure you put your registration number on the tablet otherwise will get fined, free parking 2h.

AVOID! I?ve been a Starbucks customer for years and I definitely won?t be going back! I just went to the one in Hampton the 2 women got my order wrong i asked for a vanilla latte I got a normal when I asked for the coffee to be corrected she added 3 pumps of vanilla. The blonde European woman does not understand and keeps getting the order wrong I should have gone to costa!

Double espresso wasn't good, no toilet facility available as it was broken, customer parking signs plastered everywhere, some chairs having unclean, dry and sticky coffee over them. It wasn't even busy. Is it too much to ask that they keep the place clean and tidy or just check the chairs and tables are wiped down for the next customer? Poor. Not what I would expect from this brand.

Staff were friendly and the cafe was clean.I had a breakfast meat free roll and it was lovely.The calories contained in an iced drink staggered me. Almost 300.So be mindful if that?s a concern.

Batista's clearly in need of training, shouldn't take half an hour to wait on one drink in a drive thru! Hygiene also poor, something black was floating in my milk drink! Definitely not repeating this experience!

shockingly bad starbucks, been here before and drinks took like 30 mins. here today drink taste like gone off coffee with no flavour and when you pay 5.50£ for the extra syrups it?s a joke. worst starbucks around peterborough easily. barista was slagging us off as well saying ?there coming around again?and ? i added the right stuff? like we couldn?t hear her. so rude and when we got to the drive through she shouted ? any allergens? without even a nice greeting. disgusting she should be sacked, no welcoming anything. defo won?t be coming here again id rather go to the many other starbucks around peterbrough with nice reviews, nice and welcoming service and decent drinks.

Yet another disappointing trip to Starbucks.Queueing for 15 minutes in the drive-thru to get to the end and have a incorrect order.Unfortunately this is a typical Starbucks.And more so at this one.Really does ruin my preferred choice for coffee
