Food isnt always 100% but I'd say 95% of what you'd expect (occasionally things aren't warmed or the wrong type of item is given, like plain croissant instead of almond). More than once has coffee been forgotten to be added to my drink, but in fairness my order isn't straight forward.
I still visit every time i have a long journey, just as a treat to myself. Would go again

I refuse to visit this location anymore due to the rudeness of the staff after they have made a drink incorrectly and the lack of menu items being available. The regional manager really should pay this location a visit and rein it in because the girls get very snappy when working the drive thru

Hot tap in (only) bathroom is constantly gushing scalding hot water - really unsafe - but staff couldn't have been less interested. Expect they need a pay rise and a holiday.

Overall drinks are hit and miss in terms of quality, taste and having all the ingredients, which isn't what you expect from a chain. Not a big range of food to pick though. The service is good and well-meaning but the place is always dirty and filthy. Dirty cups lying on unclean tables making the atmosphere unappealing. Generally we've seen better Starbucks elsewhere.

It was OK. The latte was OK, just OK. The lemon muffin was quite nice if a little sweet but that is probably down to my tastes. The service was OK: I did arrive just after opening so it felt slow but I'll give them a bye on that.
What wasn't OK was the price. I'm not averse to parting with money for something special, but this wasn't that special. Certainly it's too expensive to use more than occasionally.

staff are really rude. Our order was wrong and whilst trying to sort it, we were snapped at ?you can?t wait in the bays for future reference?. For future reference, if you got our orders correct we wouldn?t have been waiting and wasting our day. Mistakes are made, but there?s never an excuse for rudeness. Staff need retraining.

Majority of the time when I have gone through drive thru they have not made my drinks correct. This is aprox the 10th time this has happened over the years. I don?t know why I bother going to that one when every time it?s made wrong! Would prefer to drive the extra 5 minutes and go to Orton where they never mess the drinks up. Many people have said the same.

Consistently unable to get orders right. I stopped using this store after several failures of service. The last being when the guy at the till forgot one of my items. When I went back in to get it he was yawning in the face of the next customer as he took their order. So we come to today when my partner stopped out to get coffee and a brownie for us on his way home. No surprises, we were given a chocolate cookie, not brownie. The stock control must be wild at that place. Coffee is also flavourless and sad. Avoid... There is a Costa across the road that actually knows what they're doing. Go there.

It's the drive through that I use.
They are slow, no getting around it. They are slow to serve you, even when there is next to no one there! But if I can't be asked to get out of my car and use one of the none drive through places, I can't really complain.
Oh and Starbucks is quite expensive for what it is.

Drinks were a bit cooler than expected but staff kindly brought drinks over to us rather than having to wait at counter for them
