Trinity surgery are fantastic . I joined this surgery last year 2023 and already have had referral to hospital MRI scan and have now an idea of what is wrong with me the reception staff are always polite and helpful and when they say you will get a call back you actually do get a call back , this is such a breath of fresh air to find a doctors surgery that actually do careKeep up the great work you all do

My family have been registered at trinity since moving from London 21 years ago. What a breath of fresh air it was to not wait 3 weeks to see a doctor or be put on hold for 2 hours. The reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the nurses are great and never had an issue with any doctor. Thank you trinity

I recently transferred to Trinity after some absolutely appalling care from Clarkson. On Thursday I called them regarding an issue and the phone was answered within a couple of minutes, the lady I spoke to was very polite and professional and then advised she was arranging a callback for me. This happed literally 10mins later and following a discussion about the symptoms a prescription was issued and a physio appt arranged within 3 days. As soon as I finished the call there was a text advising of the appt info. I called again the following day as things had deteriorated and once again absolutely fast, professional and caring service received. The team at Trinity are a real asset to this town and profession.

Received a message inviting me to stop smoking , they giving you 1week nicotine patches.After try to contact them to collect more and speak with a doctor I have been told to contact some Company or buy my self Can?t see reason to spent time in hospital!Just go and buy your self .I can?t believe when they said that,stop sending messages what you helping to stop smoking then

We were at this surgery for approximately 16 years and then moved away for five years for work.. The thing we missed most was this excellent surgery. Came back last December and re registered with them. If anything the service is better than when we left. The reception staff are polite, pleasant and very efficient . The swift response to e mails and phone calls has been exceptional and the care we have received from nurses, other medical practitioners and Dr Gangdaharin has been first class. Thank you Trinity Surgery.

Hi I got to Trinity surgery to get registered !I did have a appointment for eleven thirty and needed to go to work on the emergency. I did pop in around ten past fifteen minutes. It was no one in.Went to reception, it was two ladies. The person which I spoke to. It was a lady which told me she was the person which I should talk to , I did apology for being early, and I did ask if I can drop the samples and paperwork to herself, she answer to me like very rude. Unbelievable, I thought NHS workers they might be different. I understood is Wisbech but not like that!!! God protect you. To not need any services from places like that.

In this place you will not find the doctors, there is only nurses.They diagnose patients with the help of google search.Very unprofessional

I would like to thank all at trinity surgery for all the care they have given me through out the hard covid times I have always got to see doctor's and nurses when I have needed to I have been very poorly since having covid in 2019 the surgery has always been there for me which I am so grateful for you are the best in Wisbech can't thank you enough ???
