Went next door and brought 4 pairs of trainers for the kids there instead

I have just driven 25 mins to get here, to find it closed. The website says 7pm on Saturdays and on there door it's 6pm. Wastes of my time!!

17.07.24 - Staff here are incredibly rude. Went in today to look for some trainers in the women's section. There were no staff members upstairs. I asked a worker downstairs if she could find my size. She called through the radio to another worker upstairs to help me.
When I went upstairs the other worker was one of the rudest and most unpleasant person. Her behaviour was absolutely vile.
I can only describe her as a Vicky Pollard clone. She did not want to help at all, and she made it clear that it was very difficult for her to scan the phone to look for a size. She made it obvious she was unhappy about having to crawl out of her Gollum cave, and that someone had disturbed her precious time doing nothing.
I never normally complain but witnessed her bad behaviour with other customers as well. Will never be returning here which is a shame because some of the deals were great.

Complete waste of time, couldn't find half of what I went out of my way for, and had to leave a pair of trainers behind because the cashier wrongly thought my phone payment was unlimited, getting my payment blocked by the bank despite my asking to put through separately which would have saved any issues.

A very nice young man helped me with trying to find football boots. Although they didn't have my size he phoned another store to check. Nothing was too much trouble.
