store 1088. cashier LibbyAbsolutely brilliant store with great staff and the ethos of the customer first. We went last week to buy some skechers trainers for my wife as she has been diagnosed with severe back trouble. We met your sales assistant LIBBY and boy you have a great one there. This youngster will ,with experience ,make a great manager someday. Meanwhile she is a credit to the company whoever employed her did a great job. We are elderly and are used to agiest remarks from young sales assistans, but there was none of that here. Libby was kind, attentive thouroughly professional, knew her stock and was full of excellent advice without being pushy. We were so please with the way she looked after us we returned to the store and bought two more pairs of Skechers Arch fit trainers and will return again when we need more. The store manager was also thoroughly professional and answered all our questions politely and efficiently. A thoroughly good 1960/1970 classy shoe shop type of experience where nothing was too much trouble and whatever time the customer needed the customer got.Thank you so much.Bob and Myra Mitchell

I purchased a pair of shoes to find that after a short period of time on the day 1st and only time-worn once my feet had warmed up one of the shoes started causing me pain, the Wisbech Store manager had no interested other than taking a hard line stance to their policy that the shoe had been worn there for they would not exchange or refund, the same applied to customer services.One of the shoes started to feel narrower than the other after my foot had warmed up, and that's when the pain started.The receipt clearly states on the reverse:OUR REFUND PROMISEIN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT ANY OF OUR FOOTWEAR IS FAULTY, WE WILL ALWAYS HONOUR YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.All I have to say from my experience is customer beware THIS IS NOT TRUE, the next issue re a faulty shoe could be yours, think twice before you purchase a pair of their shoes.

Unfortunately after few times wearing new shoes and soft padding settle down could feel left shoe is different from right one, not only that but when placed them together one is shorter a bit than other. When got them to store and only check was done with hand and been told its fine, when I clearly told that it can be felt only when worn.Tried to sort it out with store and costumer service but no luck. Not going back again.

Not happy, on the shelf the label stated £49 for sketchersI went to the till and she said not it £80After being messed around with sizes I decided to purchase as liked them as they would not honour the price.I went into sketchers today and found the same pair at the lower priceThis place have a massive mark up on the prices be warned
