On July 10, 2025, at 7:04 AM, I stopped at the Shell service station on Walton Highway, Wisbech PE14 7BD. Everywhere are double yellow lines and no parking signs as there is no designated parking spots for trucks, I parked my truck by the truck fuel pump and went to buy a drink. The whole process took about 4 minutes. The cashier was not pleased and rudely started complaining that I was blocking pump. This was the worst service I have ever seen.

Toilets not working. The whole point of a service station is the obligation that they should provide toilets. I should have asked them where they'd go for toilets. My self-esteem didn't allow me to make a scene there. Disappointing ?

I always like coming here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Once they helped to find me the right charging cable for my mobile phone. Opened the package to see if it will fit. Today I was there and they helped me to check my oil level in the car and helped me filling it up as well. Great customer service

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the evening staff (blonde haired tall woman), number of people I know including my partner have had the same issues to which I?ve brushed off previously even when being ignored and having to wait excessive amounts of time at the night pay as she refused to put customer care first. They have had exactly same attitudes dealings with her, the woman?s behaviour is absolutely disgraceful, if you wish to keep the garage running in the evening times sack the arrogant rude woman I sure as hell won?t be coming back to shop their for anything . If can?t work graveyard shifts don?t commit because clearly she struggles to be polite and well mannered to members of the general public. And this was all due to choosing to put my PIN number in instead of saving her precious time by putting the machine up to the window, lazy foul mouthed cow avoid like the plague ??

Coffe stops an inch from the top, maybe wait and go to starbucks for a full cup. Stopped 2 months later and same problem. Nice to see it hasn't been fixed?
