Excellent service and great at helping. Been here a few times to collect items and once had need of helping find a right item. They didn't have it but were great at trying to find out if they did, recommended a place I might find it and even helped with the idea of a good temporary solution. Would buy here again

Great customer service received today. After going to several shops in Wisbech I was shocked and pleasantly surprised with the different atmosphere in Screwfix, compared to other shops. The chap who served me was so polite, he even took my shopping to my car ?

Good quick friendly servce, they would get a 5/5 but some items have not been in stock for a couple of weeks, this could well be to do with Covid delivery problems.
