Served by Kathy, the lady with the blue hair ? have to say it?s extremely refreshing to have such good customer service in a shop, something that doesn?t happen too often anymore. She was not there to upsell (actually advised I don?t take a few bits today but come back for them when the time was right) she was just there to make sure I got everything I needed, very professional, very warm and friendly. Helped me from start to finish with a new fish tank setup. Brilliant service Kathy. Thank you ?

Great place for animals. I guess here u can find anything for your pets also you can got any recommendations if you need any help for your pets. Great deals and choices of everything.

Staff are always helpful and friendly, always well stocked and clean. My only gripe is that you could do with a few more tanks of fish as there is a shortage of aquatics locally.

I came into store as I was picking up a Golden Retriever pup, and as my first time as a dog owner, I sought the help of Kane in the Wisbech store and he was super attentive, helpful and fun to talk to, he was able to advise me the perfect bits to help my incoming pup have the best possible introduction to his new home!
Kane allowed me to achieve that and couldn?t be happier with the experience in store as a whole.

Called in to see if any rats are available for sale in store , Been told to come as there is 4 rats . When arrived they told me the rats are not ready to collect. Drove 40 mins for nothing. Very dissapointed !
