I always make sure I passby when I am in Wisbech. Last time I was there it was raining and needed a rain coat. I did not find any on display and the shop assistant went out of her way to go check for me upstairs if they have anything in their storeroom,I guess. She brought me a wide selection to choose from and I left the shop all smiles. Their customer service is?and the young shop assistant deserves to be acknowledged,I just didn't get her name!

Staff not clear about returns process, took ages to scan my items in and staff couldn?t work out how much I was due back and I found out (after going through the painful process of obtaining a ridiculous ?authorisation code??! to return a product - there is no mention of obtaining an authorisation code on the returns/despatch note!) that as I had paid by PayPal I couldn?t return to store and would have to pay to return it to the warehouse!
