I came to Nikki on recommendation from a friend who was currently undergoing dental treatment with Nikki.During my consultation Nikki explained composite bonding would be the best outcome for my teeth; to reshape/rebuild mainly my incisors. I received a throughly explained treatment plan with financial costings included for each treatment.I proceeded with the composite bonding with Nikki (& Lou). During the procedure they kept me informed, and showed me step by step process.Absolutely amazing results of the composite bonding - I am 100% delighted with the completed outcome of my new teeth.Prior to seeing Nikki at Museum Square Practice, I had seen other dentistries who advised me composite bonding would not be possible with my underbite - Incorrect. Nikki proved otherwise.Nikki and her fabulous team were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my treatment.Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Had to make an appointment for a root canal filling, which I was dreading. I needn't have worried so much as the experience wasn't as bad as I was expecting! I was made to feel at ease at all times and the treatment was quite comfortable all through the 80 minute appointment and I have been comfortable since. Much better option than having it removed.

Museum Square Dental Centre provided my daughter's Invisalign treatment, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Nikki, Lou and the practice team have been wonderful to deal with throughout. Everything was explained really clearly from start to finish, and we had very clear expectations of what the treatment and financial plan would be. My daughter is incredibly happy with her results, which is testament to Nikki and her team, as well as Invisalign. Would definitely recommend.

I was roped in by the practice's internet declaration of reasonable prices for bonding. I waited for an appointment, faced hurdles over medical forms by email and pre-payment online, then drove a long way to reach the practice. I found that Nikki Burrell was neither welcoming nor a problem-solver to improve my dental appearance, which was my only expectation.There is agism in our society and subtle rejection of those not native to the country. To those prejudices, that I encountered that day, I suggest that the Museum Square practice has added elitism. I sensed that if my budget had been unlimited, I would have been fast-tracked to a costly plan. I came away with NO offer of assistance and a sense of embarrassment and dismissal. N. Burrell may be cherry-picking in favour of complex, lucrative cases.

Absolutely fab service?.. Alex and Chloe are the dream team! And they?re lucky to have them. I?m usually very nervous in dentists but these two settle my nerves and complete my dental work pain and stress free. I would almost go as far as saying it?s an enjoyable experience. Thank you

Attended for an emergency appointment, Husain was friendly and brilliant! Settled my nerves and explained everything to me, problem wisdom tooth taken out same day! Definitely staying with Museum Square Dental and 100% recommend.

All I can say is that Nikki and the team have been fantastic!! I can?t thank them all enough. I had to repeat the Invisalign treatment and having researched the second time round I am so thankful I came across this lovely team! I had my perfect smile for our upcoming elopement, I could t stop smiling on our big day which was so important to me. I am close to finishing my treatment now, Nikki has ensured I am 100% happy with the results and advised me on finishing touches to reach best results for me. Anyone thinking of doing it, don?t hesitate, you will not regret it :)

Had been tried n tried to be charged a £300 too much that I was certain I?m right I didn?t. Don?t be fooled by Nikki Burrell kept sending debt letters and has recently had the debt baliffs at my doors with a debt of £380. Never have debt. However I had to get out all my statements to prove I?m telling the truth to get it squashed. I was ready for it as Nikki Burrell did to my ex-girlfriend n daughter previously. She tried this now again with me n my mum!!! Watch out, Nikki Burrell is a good scammer.., if anyone should want to see the evidence to prove this I have the docs ready on stand by to post. She TARGETS OAPS? now proved her scam it make me n mum not able to use them n my teeth have moved, double check the dental contacts. Just ask me for the info or evi if wanted. Good luck. Thanks
