Just went through the drive through to grab some drinks and the lady taking my order was lovely, so jolly and nice! Even for a McDonalds, the service was execpetional for a 2 minute drive thru trip!

I ordered myself a mcdelivery. I had to walk to my neighbours to get it because they delivered to the wrong door. As I take the bag it leaks. I continue to walk home and I open my drink and there wasn?t any left obviously. The mcdelivery is getting very poor the way they handle peoples food/drink isn?t great. To the people delivering and handling our food have respect.

Dreadful! They refused to exchange the cheese on my mcplant for non vegan cheese claiming that "head office" says they can't they also got my husbands order wrong and it was lukewarm! Don't bother going to this branch it's absolutely not worth it! One lunch treat completely ruined

So my boyfriend went to McDonald?s this evening to grab some dinner for me and him. He goes through the drive through like he normally does he asked them for a Big Mac meal with no middle bun. Instead when he gets home I?m all excited for dinner to realise there is no wrapped burger instead they heard my boyfriend say no bun so they decided to throw everything into a salad box. Honestly if they don?t hear what has been said properly please just ask to repeat what has been said.
