Great service, compared to some other tyre centres? had 2 front tyres fitted and instead of throwing away a perfectly good tyre, I was advised to keep and put on the rear.

I recently frequented my local Kwik fit because I had a tyre warning light on first of all the person didn?t seem qualified to drive my car properly on to the ramp once on the ramp he then look at all my wheels even though I said the problem was on the back after looking the man said I had a slow puncture on one wheel on the back and the other had some problems as well so I asked for a price for two new ones and was told about £172 which I thought it was expensive so I said I would look elsewhere to have them done so then after bringing the back to me I asked how much it was and the man said no charge so I left to go home when I heard a strange noise coming from the font wheels so I stop to look at them only to find something sticking in one of me tyres which I could not believe the man had knocked something out of my car door when on the ramp then as it came back from the ramp it stuck in my recently new tyre so I whent back and the boss tried to say it was not something that they don?t use anyway I said how this had probably had happened he said that he would repair the tyre so he took it of then no more than 5 minutes passed and he showed me the wheel which showed a damaged rim which he said the wheel could not be put back on anyway I think it was damaged when it was removed from my car which ment I had to pay for a new tyre myself even though they had damaged it in the first place I was not happy at all with this but I had no choice but to pay out for a new one even though you where at fault two time for doing the damage to my wheel I suggested that this is looked in to by you please and that proper training is given so this does not happen to anyone else sorry it?s so long I very unhappy customer who will not be returning so be careful???

I took my daughters Nissan to Kwik fit for a front wheel puncture. They were quick to get it sorted, and we were all done in 30 minutes. The staff were very polite and efficient, I highly recommend them, thank you Kwik fit ?
