Got a uber eats order the food was stone cold despite it coming straight to us and missed a whole meal from our order we are extremely disappointed and won?t be eating here again.

Had bargain bucket last night. Haven't had kentucky for a while wish I hadn't. The coating was very very salty and one piece of chicken was about 1and a half inches square. Considering this was £15.99 a waste of money.

Appalling. Ordered, waited 15mins, and was then told that they didn't have what I'd ordered. Then proceeded to make a big deal out of my requesting a refund.

Ordered a delivery via just eat, food came cold and the chicken is dry and crusty. Food wasnt fresh and feel like had been in the hot counter for hours.

Food was averagely okay but staff are absolutely awful, they left us waiting on drive thru for ten minutes, didn?t have anything in stock my partner wanted, went to the next window and had some young lad lie to our face, my partner ordered and paid for two hot wings, she asked the young man if they were on the order, which he said they were, then he forgot our straws for our drinks which I asked for and he claimed they were at the bottom of the bag, we parked up to eat but low and behold, no straws and not hot wings, even through we were assured they were both on the bag, hands down can say will not be coming back

FREAKING BRILLIANT- FEBRUARY 2025
Sat in and food was delicious. All piping hot and fresh.
Very pleased with the food. Had burgers and mega box between us with the signiture gravy ??? whole lot was lovely.
Service was also very good. Friendly and quick!
Would definietly go back to sit in rather than drive threw. Excellent ????

Honestly don't think I've been to a worse fast food restaurant. Dine in ends some time before 8:30 pm apparently despite closing at 11... floor was drenched & the chairs up, refused us to dine in. Food was good other than chips being half full & a £10 meal not even filling small adult. Finally the toilet was a total disgrace after seemingly just being cleaned along with the main seating area - diplorable toilet & not even soap. ? absolutely shameful.

Several times I have used the drive thru. Every time no matter what you order you get drum sticks. I was even told one day unfortunately we only have drum sticks and i said I didn't realise you actually have other type's of chicken.
The reason is quite simple."Just eats" and the other delivery guys get the decent chicken and drive thru gets the dregs.
Oil does not get changed very often, so the golden appearance becomes more of a sunburn colour. This in turn changes the taste.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is good.

This kfc so bad it?s funny.
My chicken seemed smaller than usual and was on the edge of raw, send hope and prayers for me. 2 stars as unlike other reviews it was seasoned well. Amazingly slow service too, truly extraordinary achievement.
One of the guys serving was friendly
Another forgot my dip and tried to tell me it was in the bag when I raised it. I wish them the best and hope they feel happy outside of work, this place honestly feels like the last kfc in a post apocalyptic land. I don?t trust the food to be safe and the store is utterly depressing. With the introduction of the new assisted dying bill, I vote that we should humanely put the store out of business
