Ok weather spoons for wisbech, nothing special but you always know what you are getting on the Menu as you do in all spoons, good value for money, staff not very good, some hardly crack a smile, takes long while to clear tables and it's not because they are under staffed, just not motivated to work

The second visit was terrible, I haven't had such heartburn and stomach pain in 10 years, I don't recommend to anyone and I would never go again, waiting in line for a table and then being up all night with pain no thanks

Fast and efficient food was as Id expect for the price and it had a pleasant atmosphere.

This place was never really a nice place to go. Its not exactly rough. I don't see fights there, although I was once ganged up on by loads of men.The breakfast is obviously microwaved and by the time you get it its stone cold. You have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to the non smoking area which, unlike the smoking area, it doesn't have a roof. Although its called the non smoking area, there are often smokers there.The worst thing about this pub, and I have been there several times over the last 15 years, is the staff. They never greet you, they never smile. They're all miserable and they never say thank you or acknowledge your kind words or manners. It's a nice looking place and it's clean, but there's no atmosphere in there at all.

My wife has just popped in after visiting the Christmas market with friends and was spoken to rudely by a barman.Not impressed. No wonder it was empty!

Just like the rest of the wetherspoons, decent food for the price your paying. Clean and had food within 15 minutes of ordering.Wheelchair accessibility: Can't remember if there was wheelchair open door button.

Had fish and chips fish was excellent quality chips were usual frozen rubbish which I expected anyway. Would have preferred Frank's fish and chips but it was a Sunday and they were closed. Anyroadup the apple crumble was good and red wine too.

Really friendly Wetherspoons, staff lovely. Such good value and chips were lovely.Another visit today as usual all good. Unfortunately a female person, definitely not a lady , made a real mess of one of the toilets, pity the poor person who has to clean it.They should be shamed of themselves!Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie to choose from

2nd time we have visited for breakfast and the 2nd time it was cold. Egg was all broken and yoke mixed in with white, asked for a new egg. Bacon and toast cold so asked for new. Bacon came out cremated and cold and toast still cold. Wasn't even that busy. Really won't be going back for breakfast again anytime

Went for breakfast, two traditional breakfasts were both stone cold, informed staff, who said they would make a fresh breakfast, which they didn't, as the hash brown still had a bite mark in it,they must have microwaved it, as the eggs were like rubber,the eggs benidict, eggs were hard boiled,the only only good, part of the breakfast, was my coffee out of the machine

Go to this pub regularly, whether just for a coffee or a meal, staff are polite, friendly, and helpful, would recommend this for a casual catch up with friends or out for lunch with family.Parking: Across the road
