Getting worse and worse?. Pizza with extra cheese paid and no cheese at all?. The food arrived with all the rubbish from the previous guests in our table. We asked for cleaning and they came to clean an empty table next to us?. Like a joke.

Had a reasonable dinner with a glass of wine. When my husband went back to the bar to get another glass of wine for us he stood there for approximately 5-6 minutes waiting to be served. There was no one at the bar. Another man had stood about 3 feet away from my husband only to be served first. I sat and watched staff walk past my husband 12 times. The young male bar tender who did serve him didn?t know what a sauv blanc was or where it was. The young female manger I assume looked at my husband several times only to be ignored.

We placed a food and drink order at 11.40am and our drinks arrived 15 minutes later. We waited another 25 minutes for our food, which was just 2 breakfast muffins. I asked a waitress where our food was and she just said, 'it's on its way' It finally arrived after 50 minutes and was chucked in front of us with no explanation or apology. Luckily it was OK, although the muffin was dry and like toast. It was busy and I saw people being served their breakfasts at 12.45 and breakfasts finish at 12.
I also saw several breakfasts being returned as they were short of several items and some were overcooked.
Obviously it's nice to be busy but some level of customer service or explanation would not go a miss at times like this.

Waited over an hour for food and when it came it was awful. I know spoons is a cheaper place to eat out but the food is getting worse and smaller portions every other week. I will not be eating at this spoons ever again

Have stopped using for breakfast since always cold, but usually reliable for other meals. Not so any more, availability greatly reduced and quality unreliable at best. Just ordered last chicken order available, rest temporarily unavailable, chicken strips basket on app. Wanted chicken wings, not available now at all on app, but staff weren't aware. Chicken strips basket meal came out, after long wait (but apologies given), chips were old & cold, chicken was old & dry, the crumb poor, with no taste, & the coleslaw was the highlight being average. The days of it's cheap but you know what you are going to get have, unfortunately, long gone.

Staff was absolutely rude and food was poor and cold definitely not eating here again rather make my own microwave curry at home for half the price
