I went into Wisbech store yesterday looking for a certain brand of eye secrum, which that particular store didn't stock. But, the young assistant recommended Q+A Caffeine Eye Serum (fraction of price of one I was looking for) and i used it last night and this morning and already skin around eye looks brighter and dark circles faded, which is absolutely amazing. I will now purchase more products from this brand and definitely stock up on Eye Serum.

Went to the wisbech store yesterday, two lovely young ladies went out of there way to help me. Really knew there stuff and what would be best for my hormone problem. Would definitely recommend the shop ?

A really friendly, polite and helpful member of staff who went completely above and beyond to help me source an item. She took time to contact other nearby branches and demonstrated wonderful customer service! I hope her worth is recognised by the company!

Although the shop is small and doesn?t stock the full range, the staff are lovely, helpful but not pushy. They are now providing brown paper bags to avoid the plastic bag tax and in mine I found a couple of extras when I got home- a couple of sugar free sweets and a skin food sachet. What a lovely touch! If you?re likely to want something they might not stock, order online for collection in the store.

Very clean and tidy little shop, good choice of products with such a small floorspace. Staff are really friendly and happy to give advice or suggest suitable remedies.
