Very helpful staff. Veru knowledgeable. Dudnt try to pressurise into buying the item. Came out to car to double check the item would fit. Very polite and very helpful. If your unsure about anything yoy want to buy from this store just go in and ask. Staff very friendly and helpful and go out of there way to help as much as they can

staff have issues here the bike staff are rancid and got attitude problems same with the downstairs staff a woman who i spoke to spoke to me like someone with small man syndrome and got really hostile i will not be coming back to this store in no means what a bunch of cee u next tuesdays

Saved the day today fitting a new inner tube and tyre on my bike while I waited. I received a warm welcome when K walked in and the bike technician (Alex I think) was helpful and informative.
This made up for the woeful, awful customer contact centre that I have tried to use on many occasions and never ever got an answer to even the most simple question. Please allow customers to speak directly to your fantastic in store staff and get rid of the contact centre!
