This is a review for Dunelm in general, they sold us a duvet set which basically fell to bits prior to even being washed then promptly deleted the product review we left in their own website.
The quality of the item was appalling & it appears they're deleting anything negative people have to say about the shady rubbish they're selling.
Would not touch them with a barge pole after this, I'm truly shocked they're willing to rip people off and then delete reviews, that's appalling.

Average sized store with the usual range of items, all quite closely packed in so when busy can be hard to get around and very easy to lose someone in the store but the Pausa café on the first floor is good.

Left without buying because no member of staff bothered to come to us even when a nice young lady called for a member of staff for us. The young lady was unable to help us as she was helping someone else.

Really poor customer service. We wanted some fabric cutting, it took over 20 mins for the staff to get someone. However when we did get seen to she could not have been better, and she was under pressure from management as she was wearing headphones and the boss was constantly in her ear barking out orders.

We were in the cafe and asked for a hot cross bun and they gave it to us cold they didn?t ask if we wanted warm so asked them to warm it up. The coffee we had was so full we spilt it all over the saucers not very good at all then they forgot one of our orders so had to ask for it again

Overall positive experience shopping at this location several times. They seem to be adequately stocked, and I appreciate that they can easily process online returns, even if the item is a bulky item or was never carried in-store. The facilities always seem to be clean, although there is often stock being processed on the floor (sometimes in the way).The cafe has a nice selection of treats things for lunch with a seating area that overlooks the ground floor. I got my cake half off as they were in their last hour.

Good to look at items in store, take a photo and Google it online.... saves you a fortune.....The Range has most of the same items in their store and are around 40 to 60% cheaper.The manager could do with more training, especially in customer service. I think he came from the same college as Macdonald's managers but just didn't make it..... It's a shame as the floor staff are really nice.

My Husband and I are regular visitors to the store which is efficiently and confidently managed by Kieran who can be seen as a visible presence moving about the store and being hands on wherever is required including the busy coffee shop .The coffee shop staff are calm and pleasant and make great efforts to be polite and responsive to customers needs . The selection of foods are reasonably priced and the coffee is excellent .The floor and checkout staff are all pleasant and efficient , goods are nicely displayed . All in all , a well run and welcoming store - a pleasure to shop . Thank you to you all .
