Not as bad as the surgery next door but not the best service I've received.Often I don't get my meds when due, communication between staff seems very poor. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

Switch their phone off, been trying to get through for an hour, hence unable to get any help with the non delivery of a redi repeat prescription for an elderly relative .

The surgery and the rest of the team in the pharmacy are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to help you but unfortunately the pharmacy is let down by one male team member. Very different in how he handles things, communication skills, patience, understanding and consideration are attributes he seems to have forgotten about... My only reason for such a low rating.

I went to dentist today and got a dental prescription. So went into parson drove pharmacy to get the tablets.while waiting I had to sit down as felt so much pain. The lady behind the counter could tell I was in a lot of pain and suggested a over the counter cream to rub on affected tooth. I readily brought the cream .Whether it was the tablets or the cream the pain has now subsided. So thank you so much for your help.
