I am trying to phone up as 1 of my drugs has been missed off of my repeat. All i get is it ringing out and a voice saying the pharmacy is busy at the moment ring back. 30 minutes before closing time. 3rd attempt, Tried again today, same message pharmacy is busy. Its disgusting

Very busy pharmacy. Staff helpful, but sometimes not able to sort out all issues, so customers need to be patient with them as they are trying their best. Never had an issue, but can be a bit annoying with the queues when waiting to be served

Counter staff really nice .however other staff members shouldn't talk about other patients behind there back especially when there standing 2ft away and can hear you .extremely unprofessional .

I rang 18 times yesterday and still couldn't get through,this morning I rang eight twenty I was 37 in the queue so I go down in my car there was 8 people in front of me when it's my turn I point out the sign telling people you can only make an appointment over the phone so I said how can you make an appointment when there's no appointments left and there was only one doctor on disgraceful

As a regular collecting monthly medication I can honestly say that the pharmacy staff go that extra mile to deliver a truly caring service.Well done to all. A friendly service with a smile. Followed the NHS app for a Covid jab to this pharmacy which was top of the list for walk in, only to be turned away quickly and rudely by the Pharmacist! I would strongly advise to go elsewhere!
