Horrible the employee said there was one of this exact freezer left so we asked for it they couldn't find it so we asked for another freezer that looked ok they said it would come today September 7th Sunday 2025 and now I'm being told it is going to come Monday horrible service aswell at the register took forever to get help about the freezer horrible never going back again !

Had a problem applying a discount code online when ordering, and I just went into the store and they sorted it out and issued a refund for the amount of the discount. Very quick, nice staff

I love Currys own label Logik, great for money savers. My latest purchase a replacement air fryer, all my appliances are White except my Tower Air fryer is Black but under Logik it's White and £100 cheaper!

Staff just don't even acknowledge you exist when you're stood there waiting for someone to be available to serve you. I understand that they might be busy staring into space/at a phone, waiting for their current customer to return from wherever they are. But why ignore the waiting customer? Especially while there is a group of other workers standing around together on the other side of the shop?

Went in to Wisbech to buy a new laptop today, we could only see 2 staff members on the floor, one was at the till on their phone, the other ignored us, until the girl on the till called him, I explained which laptop I wanted and was told, we are out of stock until sometime in Dec, but you can pay for it now if you want. I enquired after a different one and was basically told it was rubbish. I asked if they had anything within my price bracket and was told nope. Then he advised me to go to Argos instead, which I did and bought one from there instead.

Went into buy a replacement screen protector for a tablet i bought at your Kings Lynn store a month ago.
Walked past staff member at the door. No word of greeting or offer of help.
Counted 8 staff in total. None tried to engage with customers. At one point up to 6 were huddled around the customer desk. With no customers there!
2 staff walked within yards of me but not a word.

Visited the Wisbech store, again, was clearly looking for a laptop, spent around 15 minutes looking, no one approached to offer help. Won?t bother to return.
