To be honest myself and my partner have always been listened to and respected. Always somebody that knows what to do for you. I believe you get what you give, always. And that goes with most things through life.

Dreadful. I used to be able to call up and someone would call me back in a couple of hours and send me a text with a sick note. Now I'm told to request it online and wait 6 days with no reply. Also the online option doesn't even work. You have to click on the link 400 times before it will even load. Their go to excuse for not helping you with anything is that the person is off sick. Its ridiculous.

Our 2 Year old daughter was struggling to breathe and we was sent here by the local pharmacy, They was rude and told us no walk ins, That's absolutely fine but no empathy and so rude its horrible.

Nhs is a complete waste of time , serious injuries from a motorcycle accident, with proof of private Mri?s results , and get referred to Orthopaedics, for a telephone appointment in February, this is how the system works I could be dead by then , bleed on the brain and get referred to a telephone appointment absolute joke .

Doesn't deserve a one star. Don't wish to share why I need to see a GP but somehow I have to discuss this with the rude receptionists, who then fail to help you. As a family we feel completely let down and like we will never get the help needed. Have been with this surgery for years and just cannot believe what's happened to what was once a fantastic provision. Hope the CQC cotton on to what's happening to what is essentially a poorly managed private business. Happy to provide further feedback if it helps protect vulnerable patients. I do appreciate the health system is under immense pressure but there is no excuse for treating individuals with no respect.

Have had amazing service over the last 10 days with different members of staff.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Terrible response on the phone - I spent over 45 minutes waiting to speak with someone to book an appointment for my elderly sick grandmother. I was stuck in "position 3 in the queue" for 30 minutes. The receptionist must have taken a break mid morning from the phones and did not have any other cover. The receptionist then refused to book a face to face appointment for my grandmother insisting that she needs a telephone clinician appointment. My grandmother cannot hear or see and does not hear the phone. Even if she does hear the phone she cannot hear what the clinician is saying. Discriminatory 'protocol' for individuals who are deaf and urgently need to be seen to. I have lived in 4 different places in the UK and the experience at this surgery is by far the worst.

Worst practice ever. It seems they don't even treat people. I tried to book an appointment for an ear problem, they send me elsewhere. I ring about menstrual problems, I get sent elsewhere. Contraception, sent elsewhere plus many other problems. Also you can only get an appointment on the day, WHY? You used to get an appointment booked for another day but now it's first come first served, if you're lucky enough to have something wrong with you that they can actually treat which is not a lot. One star is extremely generous for a place like this and I'm at my wits end.

Clarkson has gone down hill rapidly. I spend ages on hold and then try and fight for an appointment and I'm refused to be seen for chest pain so now I have to spend hours with 111 for them to just book me an appointment. I don't feel it serious enough for a&e yet I may have to spend my whole day there or via 111 just because I've been palmed off. Last time I called I had to go to a different practice too. I was told ENT would get back to me in 2 weeks... that was before Christmas.

Compassionate and caring doctors and nurses. I have found them better than some other medical practices and services locally. Thier gatekeeping - reception, telephones and NHS computers triage etc are tough and frustrate me beyond belief. I believe the NHS nationally is the problem not this practice. Clarkson practice are not perfect nor am I. They have more patience and tolerance than I have found elsewhere. Thank you Clarkson Surgery.

If I could give one star I would be, shocking doctors surgery. One member of staff on reception is very rude seems to think she's above every one else, most of the time you call wait to get through to be cut off !! Then if you do end up getting through your told to go minor injuries and there not interested. They wouldn't even see my 2 year old son who has had a temperature for a week they are disgusting.

My health issues have been very quickly dealt with by this great local doctors surgery. Given the pressures that the NHS is under, the level of service that I have had for my continuing medical problems has been great.

Worst doctors surgery ever. Staff are extremely rude you need to be dead or dying to get an appointment. Even when you do have an appointment you?re left waiting a hour after your appointment was supposed to be and eventually give up waiting and leave. If I could give 0 stars I would.
