We have used Boots in the Horsehair for many years, but will not use them anymore! We recently booked flu jabs for me and my wife who has COPD, these were booked previously and had to wait 3 weeks for the appointments booked with Boots, but on the day of appointment, we arrived for the flu jabs and was told that due to high demand our appointments were cancelled and told by the girl behind the counter " you must realise sir, there is a national shortage" also a friend we know had hers cancelled too, the text message I received just told me to rebook on their website, no way! After we left boots we rang our surgery and got our flu jabs next day
