I was stupid enough to buy a Wagner simply Spraying fence sprayer from B@Q at Wisbech cost me 75 quid .My father in law bought the exact same sprayer on Amazon 55 quid I was gutted won't be buying from B@Q in future no justification for that price difference. Live and Learn

Absolutely disgusting service from bq,
Staff are so rude ! And there customer service is appalling...
I brought a dewalt site radio from here 5 months ago,£196.99
It has since Stopped working,
After a month! of contacting there customer service email,
They are refusing to even look at the problem! Shocking service from store staff to in house ..
Be aware people they do not honour the refunds .

Writing to thank Andy from the Bathroom Department at Wisbech B&Q for all the help he offered yesterday in sorting my online order. I had been on the B&Q helpline for 2 days but got absolutely nowhere with them.
Andy looked into the problem straight away and solved the problem within half an hour. Can't thank him enough, he was polite, helpful and a true asset to B&Q, you definetly need more people like Andy in your stores and on your so called helpline.

Went for a paint match from Farrow&Ball and instead of light beige we were given salmon pink (interesting choice there). Rude customer service, treating us like we were wasting their time. Will obviously never go back there. Just a note: if you don't like your job, LEAVE. There's plenty of jobless people begging for a job and I'm sure they'd do much better than you.

Horrible experience. I took back a pressure washer which was within warranty and was shouted at by incredibly rude staff. I was ok if they didn't want to accept the return, but the way they handled it was appaling. Avoid.
