My husband called in this morning as both our headlights needed replacing. Even though they were fully booked, they fitted us in and when I arrived early they replaced it within 10mins. They were very considerate as I had a baby sleeping in the car whilst it was all being done! Pricing was very competitive-basically free, they are very honest, reliable and efficient. Will be back again for any other motoring needs because they didn't mess about like other garages have done when working with a Honda Civic. I highly recommend Ely Auto because they are so friendly, give you honest advice and gets the job done as promised. Really appreciate that.Service: Electrical

Excellent services done here, air conditioning service and MOT. The staff are so nice and like to offer advices for car problems. Fair price and nice waiting room. All staff are very professional and kind. Recommend for service, MOT and other check up

I have brought 4 cars to them over the last 2 years. The reason for the 1 star review, is that when I left my 308 for a full service 2 months ago, they didn't bother to close the oil cap correctly. I'm sure it didn't feel right to whoever did that. I found out they did that from all the accumulated sludge around the cap and on top of the engine. It doesn't need any expertise, just a basic level of care for what you do. Never ever again will they see me.
