Nice pub and friendly staff. Good music too. Prices were fair as well. But I guess they have to be with a flippin' Wetherspoons over the road ?

Not Disabled friendly.Due to a Stroke my Dad cant get about well finds it hard to get in and out of the car.so when he is out its easiler to stay in the car.All the pubs we have been in have always been friendly and help fully and even lets my dad stay sat in his car seat so he can have a pint or two.But not here i went in asked and was told ok but please park in the car park so your on are property, Which i did. I go back in and im told that the Manager has said no and refused my Dad a drink unless he gets out and sits on there furniture in the garden or inside pub.This is disgusting and discrimination.

First Visit. Was on Straw Bear Saturday. Cask Beers in rear Bar. Food in Vans in Car Park. Plenty of outdoor space. Busy inside and queuing for toilets but under the circumstances quite liked it.

We called here on our way back from.Colchester, this was a very welcoming & friendly pub. I had a wine my partner had a coffee.
