Would not allow a cash withdrawal out of my account without me telling her what I wanted it for, it was personal and I didn't want everyone in bank knowing my business, the girl was very negative even though I tried to explain the situation. I will be transferring all cash out to my other account as soon as I am home

The staff are the best so polite only problem which isn't there fault the ATM machine brakes down alot and when other places are shut I believe the nearest one is the 24 hour garage which is a pain
