We recently purchased our first home in Whittlesey with the help of Harrison Rose, and we couldn?t be more grateful for the support we received throughout the entire process.
As Italians, some aspects of the process ? especially dealing with the solicitor ? were difficult for us to fully understand. However, Paul, the owner of the agency, was incredibly kind, patient, and always ready to explain everything clearly. His professionalism and constant availability made all the difference, and we truly felt we had someone on our side who genuinely cared about helping us buy the home of our dreams.
A special thank you also to Sharon and Sonya, who handled the paperwork and supported us with great care and attention. Everything was managed efficiently and with a personal touch that made us feel in safe hands.

Avoid Harrison Rose! Misleading contract with a sole agency clause which tied us in for 4 months and which they were not prepared to remove once the property was off the market. Service was slow and unprofessional ? poor photos, incorrect listing details (wrong location, missing ?detached bungalow? tag), and repeated requests to fix them were ignored. They wasted our time with viewers who were not in any position to buy, then became rude and aggressive when we tried to withdraw. We have now referred the matter to the Property Ombudsman. Completely unacceptable experience.

An excellent experience with Harrison Rose as a seller. Great advice re price setting, kept up to date with the outcome of viewings, and regularly contacted during the post offer phase before completion. Wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them to others looking to sell in the area.
