The decor and feel of the place was okay and the waitresses were very friendly but unfortunately the food was very underwhelming, especially for the prices. The soft drinks were £2.50 and just poured from bottles from tesco. A lot of the food was being marched through the middle of the restaurant which was also just tesco branded food items. My burger was a little too overcooked and my wifes burrito only had about 10 grains of rice in it.

We went in on a sunday afternoon and it wasn't very busy. 3 or 4 tables taken and not much noise (perfect). The decor was lots of sports and movie memorabilia with lots autographed along with some movie props. The restaurant was very clean. Within minutes of sitting down we were approached by 1 of the team who took our drinks order and then our food order when she returned. I went for the seattle burger and it was cooked to perfection. You can choose from lots to eat and they cater for everyone. The girls serving us were very helpful and made our meal very enjoyable. Food 5 ? and environment 5 ?. We will be back for a steak next time. Keep up the good work

Stopped by to break up a journey. Pleasantly surprised, could do with a lick of paint but food and service was very good for the price.

Great restaurant tucked away behind the service station. From the outside it doesn't look anything particularly special but the food was great (definitely also recommend you keep room for dessert ice cream sundaes were amazing!). Children's menu had good variety. Staff were friendly and service was good. Would definitely go back if in the area

The staff were friendly and helpful, if a little overwhelmed at times.
The starters were nice but I would say somewhat on the expensive side.
The burger I had was lovely, while my wife and granddaughter had mac and cheese which was also received well.
The desserts were also good.

We had an amazing first time visiting. The steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and the flavour in the meat and the burger was phenomenal. Made from for dessert.. just! The pecan pie and chocolate fudge cake were also delicious. Staff are polite, prompt and friendly and the atmosphere alongside the memorabilia is fascinating and comfortable. Definitely a first of many more visits to come!

Well this place is definitely one to avoid?. Stopped there this evening for a meal on our way back home, table was clean first served drinks was okay , food arrived in good time started de construction of my burger ate one chicken strip and few chips , then cut into my burger to find the middle was pink and raw , returned to the waitress who then took my plate into the kitchen for the ?chef? to see to then bring it back to the table and say ?chef said it?s fine and cooked it?s pink I the middle cause they use paprika in the meat , then in the next breath say all out burger are cooked medium rare , the others on the table had finished by the time my new meal came (changed to Mac n cheese) asked to also have the bill , which the waitress told me I?d have to pay half for the burger plus my new meal , all I ate from the burger was 1 strip of chicken and few chips , back and forth the waitress went into kitchen to see the ?manager? who wouldn?t come out and resolve the issue and was told if I didn?t pay they?d call police , in the end I paid the bill which included this raw burger! Cause my children needed to get going .
I will never recommend or return to this restaurant after this experience
I will in touch with restaurants so called owner to resolve this and maybe the environmental health will visit

Disappointed- went for Breakfast, firstly we had drinks, my wife asked for a cappuccino, this was served quickly, upon drinking, my called the waitress over, and asked if there is sugar in it, she replied ?yes, it comes out of a packet and has sugar it it?. Secondly, we had french toast, which when served was squashed brioche buns, burnt on the grill, lastly , the maple syrup, maybe a bit picky, but I thought it would be served on the side, in a jug, not poured over your meal.
On the plus, the bacon was lovely, the black coffee, ( swapped for the cappuccino) was as it tasted in Denny?s !!

Stopped off on our way home from visiting granddaughter with no booking, despite having a large party coming in they accommodated our 4. Service and meal was great could not of asked for more. Plenty of choice on the menu. Dont normally do dessert but they sounded so good so had one but it did beat me but worth it. Thanking all the staff in front and behind the scenes for a wonderful meal. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment we walked into Route 47 Steakhouse, we knew we were in for a treat. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and beautifully styled ? the kind of place that makes you want to sit back, relax, and enjoy every moment, the ambiance strikes the perfect balance between cozy and upscale.
What truly sets Route 47 apart, though, is the incredible staff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly, attentive, and seemed to really care about making our afternoon special. You don?t always find that kind of hospitality these days, and it made a lasting impression.
And the food? Absolutely mouth-watering. The normal hot dog was rich with flavor, every bite was a highlight. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in what they serve.
We left feeling full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Route 47 Steakhouse is a must-visit if you?re looking for amazing food, a great atmosphere, and service that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended!
