I've just had 2 hours of absolute bliss! Gemma (great name ?) is a star, the best massages I've ever had and extremely reasonably priced. To add the ambience, cosiness, heated blanket, lights and music just felt like utter heaven!

Wow what a place!! The quality of service you get here is just incredible. I have been lucky enough to have Lauren do my nails here for the last 2 years and the amount of time care and attention she takes is second to none. She also does the most incredible facials. She has now ruined me for any future facial as it just won?t match up.Then there is Sally and her Massage, particularly her rituals (which I?ve had many times and love) are simply heavenly, you leave the place floating on a cloud and feeling like all your stress has melted away.They are all simply amazing and I challenge you to find anywhere else that takes such care, loves what they do so much, and makes you feel so welcome from the minute you cross the doorstep. Thank you Tilbrook Retreat for being so lovely!

The Happy Balance Co at the Tilbrook Retreat provide the most relaxing treatments. As soon as you arrive at the recently renovated salon you are put at ease and shown to a lovely calm treatment room. It is clear how experienced Sally is from the outset of the treatment. The massages are the best I have ever had and I go for massages regularly. The massage bed is heated which is a lovely addition and the aftercare advice is helpful. I guarantee if you go once, you will keep returning.
