Needed some last minute shoe surgery before the big Cheltenham day out. Timpsone St neots were on hand to really help out. NOTHING was to much trouble and service like that was amazing and Chantelle is a star in the crown!

I had a 1st class experience today when I took my Tissot watch in for a new battery.
The lady behind the counter was, as always, extremely helpful and very pleasant.
She struggled at first as the gasket had warped, but was determined to succeed by finding another gasket that would fit. Thank you for your perseverance :)

Debbie and her colleague are amazing. I locked my car keys in my car and they chatted with me, offered hot drink and place to keep warm until help arrived. They then done an amazing job of getting me a spare key cut just incase this happens again. I can not thank them enough for all their kindness

Conveniently located just outside the entrance to the large Tesco store.I have used this for place for key cutting, which literally takes about 45 seconds per key.I have used them for dry cleaning of various jackets and ties, which usually takes a few days.And I have used them for alterations of trousers, which usually takes a few weeks.The staff are always friendly and polite. And, above all, they are honest about things like stain removal before you commit to paying i.e if you have a bad stain on clothing they will advise whether or not it is likely to be successfully cleaned.

Would give less then one star if I could. Too expensive for a service not delivered.Collected my two coats the same as I took them there to be dry cleaned one of them had a white stain that was still there upon collection with a note that they tried everything to get it off but couldn?t but what do you know I took it home and got it off with a wipe. On the other hand the other coat still had dust all around the battons also they both smelled awful and one of them had a belt around the arm ripped.Very disappointed customer and Do not recommend nor will be using this company again.
