I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tesco "Loves Farm" store in St. Neots, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. During my visits to the store, I picked up several orders while exploring the town with Uber, and I was amazed by the efficiency and professionalism displayed by the staff members.
One of the standout features of this Tesco store is the remarkable speed at which orders are processed. Even during peak hours, I never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to collect my items. The staff's ability to handle a high volume of orders while maintaining a quick and efficient service is truly commendable.
Moreover, what truly sets the staff at Tesco "Loves Farm" apart is their politeness and kindness. Every interaction I had with the staff members was met with a warm smile and helpful attitude. Their dedication to providing excellent customer service is evident, and it made my shopping experience all the more enjoyable.
I believe that the credit for such exceptional service goes to the site manager, who has done an outstanding job in gathering and training a team of exceptional staff members. Their hard work and commitment to excellence have not gone unnoticed, and I would like to extend my congratulations to the site manager for creating a welcoming and efficient shopping environment at Tesco "Loves Farm".
Overall, my experience at Tesco "Loves Farm" was nothing short of excellent, thanks to the amazing staff who go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the St. Neots area looking for a pleasant shopping experience with outstanding service.

I went there for evri parcel issue, was met by Tom and he was the most unprofessional unhelpful employee for Tesco. I didn?t use any inappropriate language but was asked to leave or he would call the security. The security guard came walking towards me not sure for what reason???? I am waiting for Tesco customer service to get back to me. If they don?t, I will be speaking to the newspapers. I was left to feel like a criminal for someone with two university degrees. This is humiliating.

Shopped here few days ago in the morning of 1st August, awful experience! Some of the staff have certain attitude, unprofessional and a lack of experience and common sense. Not sure if yoga leggings are supposed to be part of Tesco uniform.
