You need to have a ward to all your drivers who do the delivery to your customers who live in the flats at GROVE COURT in LITTLE PAXTON. They are vandalising some one pitches in the block 6-10 by slamming the security door when coming threw the door plus leaving the door open . On a cold days. They are making the owners to lose heat from their flats also damaging pitches from one flat too. So they or the firm will be paying the flat you are damaging the pitches from .which will be the amount of £30--00. Because some owners are renting the flat and cannot put nails or screws into wall to hang them up ,so we have to use secure fix picture hanging strips. So when they slam the security door it vibrates threw the brick work and loosen the strips off the wall and the picture frames fall and break. So they need to come in more carefully so you or the driver will be reported to the police and they will make you pay.

Shop assistants and staff are usually helpful and friendly. Not so much for the security staff. Everytime I always get singled out when I come alone and questioned whether I've paid for my goods or not (seriously). Compared to others' experiences or when I come with my English partner, my shopping experience is magically fine. Funny that. FYI I'm Asian.

Very rude and childish dotcom manager. Took no responsability and ran off mid sentence after realising she had lost the topic.
When on a Wednesday morning click and collect pick an order, pick the items on the order. Don't leave it to the customer to come in store after the receipt wrongly states not available and find the shelf full of the item with a delivery note on the item stating yesterdays date...
I am glad the Dotcom manager doesn't work in a customer service department... oh wait.

Just had the unfortunate experience of being refused to be sold caneston cream for thrush at Tesco pharmacy at st Neots. Ridiculous. As a 51 year old man I am fully aware of the symptoms. Having had the embarrassment of discussing in a supermarket queue with the lady on the counter, she took advice from the on site pharmacist and then told me she couldn?t sell it to me. The ?said? pharmacist couldn?t be bothered to speak to me in person. Utter lunacy!! Avoid!

Wish the scan as you shop was as fast as other stores.

Pharmacist has prejudices and a disdainful attitude, gives the impression you are wasting her time. Staff never answer the phone and hung up on me twice. Won't be using this tesco again.

Having worked in retail for the last 30 years I just have to let you know that the pharmacist that was working today is the most rude unwelcoming woman I have ever met and her customer service is disgusting.

to be honest I had never been to this store and we decided to go because everyone talks about this big Tesco Everyone says it's different from the small Tesco but when we went with a friend apparently because of holidays Everything was bought just days before Christmas late in the afternoon it was missing the most eggs are basic products that a person needs and for us, to be honest, this big Tesco is no different from the small one, the prices are terribly high, I don't know because for us, for the moment, Lidl remains in 1st place, always stocked, always low prices, always everything is fresh, always there are reduced prices and promotions and good value vouchers with their club card I am never disappointed at all while in Tesco the same goods are unbelievably high prices this is my opinion for the 2nd time I visit Tesco maybe for the last time unbelievably high prices for me

In fairness, the store as a whole, wonderful mansion but when it comes to their 'tesco finest' ranch steaks with peppercorn butter which are 'perfectly seasoned' on one side yes on the other definitely needs improvement only fault that I see but I'm a chef and that's the only thing that needs attention. The staff that work here, wonderful human beings polite and only talk when needed, none of that unesserserry chit chat that makes me feel uncomfortable. All in all I'm very happy with the standard of customer service but a little picky when it comes to the quality of food, very well deserved 4 out of 5 stars
