Rubbish service. Rushed down to get my daughter relief for chicken pox. Staff behind the counter have said they're closed (even though it's 10 minutes before closing time), obviously just want to clock off and finish.Really poor.

Never answer the phone! Queued for over an hour. Staff are rude. Out of stock of BASIC antibiotics.Go to Boots much better service - only queued for a few minutes, antibiotic in stock, took less than five minutes for them to dispense. Changed my nomination to boots!

Wow. Pharmacist on Saturday 25th February 2023 was unbelievably rude, no need for it. They take your name on arrival then disappear for an inordinate amount of time, evidently to recheck meds, which I appreciate, but they're already checked and sealed. I'm going back to Boots!

Despite having had scripts sent electronically, they are not made up until you have waited in a queue to collect same.The last time I tried to collect something I was told I'd have to wait 15 minutes.to collect it.Further, you have to queue to put in your script and then queue again to collect.The whole system needs review and change.

No one, literally no one answers the phone. Every week or so, I call for several days, several times per day and no one answers. They need more staff!! Always a queue there, of course they cannot man the phones too

Very bad since Covid it seems that all pharmacies are extinct so you can?t get your tables I don?t blame the staff but the way tesco don?t keep you informed on there web site if it?s closed or open when there is a problem saying open when you get there it?s closed due to they have no pharmacy to check your tables you getting getting bad as trying to find a doctor in person can not find one.

This store was nice to look at on the outside. With the COVID 19 measures in place, it is a little difficult to navigate. I've been to a great many Tesco locations, most are similar to this one. The layouts vary widely between each location, beware of this. The vegetables are usually pretty bruised, if you want nicer vegetables you should search out an independent vendor. This is a 2/5 because it compares poorly with other supermarkets, but for a tesco it's not bad.

Long que, told they never received a prescription that I handed in. Dispensed the wrong item, after an additional hour wait. Some good members of staff but dragged down by people serving who clearly have memory issues... This once was one of the best pharmacies in town now one to be avoided. Waiting times are one thing but incompetency rules the roost here i'm afraid...
