Had my 2 year examination today cannot fault the service I received. The issue I have is with the lenses on my glasses, the assistant agreed the lens coating was breaking down which appears as scratches. As the glasses were now 2 years old I was told they wouldn?t offer any compensation for the fault. The coating break down is a gradual process so they know it will have started earlier. My advice is report any scratches as soon as they appear or use a different brand for your glasses, as they find it acceptable to sell lenses that need changing within 2 years.

All was well but I opted to carry on with my 2 pairs purchased arlier previous year because I can't afford paying though it was explained to me that because of changes in my eyes, it was important to be paying for new glasses but only if I had financial help which I don't have.
