Fabulous food and top service. Staff helped us with securing a deal only usually available through the Pizza Express app, which we could not use as we're visiting from NZ and could not install the app thanks to region locking.
They also suggested splitting a single ice cream (2 scoops) between our two children providing separate dishes and spoons for each.
They saved us a decent wedge on the bill and, as I said, the pizzas and desserts were all excellent!
No on-site parking, but plenty of space in the council car-park behind the pub across the road, and a very short walk to get to the restaurant.

Nice branch, modern and spacious. Turned up, plenty of empty tables, told nothing available. Came back 20 mins later, same situation,got a table. Poor start, should just sit ppl down anyway, especially if it's raining outside. Manager not very good here. Food was fine as always, service ok.

Had a really lovely experience on Saturday 9th November. Great atmosphere and great to see it so busy. Customer service was excellent as was the food. Will definitely return.

Firstly, I would just like to say that our waitress always had a smile on her face and was helpful with providing a member of our party with the gluten free options.
However, the rest of my evening wasn?t particularly great. A few minutes after everyone else received their meals I was approached and told mine was going to be another 5 minutes as it was overcooked, this didn?t come until 10 minutes later when the rest of our party had either finished or was close to finishing. The waitress didn?t once come over and ask whether everything was ok with our food and had to be reminded to get us the water we had requested earlier. Then for dessert, the chocolate fudge cake was burnt, the sauce had turned to a crisp and the cake was crunchy. It was very disappointing. Lastly, when taking my 4 year old to the toilet it became apparent that there was no soap in any of the dispensers. Overall, it was a disappointing evening sadly.
