Review for groom room only:
Used to be good untill the management changed.
Now it's disappointing, we waited a few months for an appointment, and one hour before the grooming appointment we've been called that they need vet's approval for having a hair cut. We asked why we weren't notified before the appointment, and the reply was that they don't check the appointments....i didn't wanted to leave a bad review, however we have issues because of this mess...hurray...
