?????? DO NOT GO HERE FOR ALTERATIONS IF YOU WANT YOUR TROUSERS TO BE DIFFERENT LENGTHS ON BOTH LEGS.?? I DID NOT RECEIVED AN APOLOGY FROM THEM. ESPECIALLY THE OLDEST WOMAN (VERY RUDE AND UNEDUCATED) SHE HAS THE AUDACITY TO TALK TO CLIENT: ? LET JUST NOT GET AHEAD OF OURSELVES ? AS I AM TRYING TO COMPLAINT ABOUT MY TROUSERS ENDED UP WITH DIFFERENT LENGTH ON BOTH LEGS AFTER GET IT SHORTENED. ALSO, IT TOOK 4 WEEKS BACK AND FORTH. I WOULD NOT EXPECT A PERSON IN THEIR OLD AGE TO TALK TO CLIENT LIKE THAT.DID NOT EVEN OFFER A REFUNDWASTE OF MONEY AND ENERY. BETTER OF GO ELSEWHERE. ?

I took a suit in to be cleaned on a Saturday and paid to have it delivered to my home. The earliest they said they could deliver was Tuesday, but they neither turned up with the suit nor phoned to let me know what was happening. I rang them on the Wednesday morning - no apology, said they'd deliver that day. Still no suit and no contact by the end of the day. Delivered the suit on Thursday morning with a half-hearted explanation. Poor communication and poor customer service. The suit was clean and in good condition, though.

Disorganized and inefficient company with very rude staff, and very expensive. It took 3 visits to get my quilt back from them and the tea stains on it are still there. They refused to give my payment receipt back in case I tried to collect again - as if I?d ever go there again!

They accepted my wife's coat for cleaning and have shrunk it, stained it and made the edge trim brittle. It is unrepairable and they are doing all they can to avoid paying us compensation. Legally they have a duty of care. I recommend that you DO NOT take your items for cleaning here.

Do not go here. Ruined my wife's winter coat and are now totally ignoring our complaint. Have not offered compensation and we had to ask 3 times to even get an offer of refund for the cleaning costs. Refund money still not received. , go elsewhere if you can. Poor customer service.
