Sad shop. New self checkouts keep crashing, usually no staff around to sort the issues out. Also no normal tills open and when there is 1 open, bloke named Matt is usually rude to female customers including my wife. I witnessed on few occasions if there was a woman to be served he didn't said a single word, never replied to good morning or thank you and then me or some other bloke was next in a queue he was chatty like he just started a blind date.

It's a Lidl, went there for the Greek deal. Car park is limited to 90 minutes stay. We quickly did the shopping. Was slowed down at checkout, only one isle was operational, so had to wait a considerable time.

Clean, tidy, well staffed, good stock. Only let down like most Lidl by large queues at the tills. You need self checkouts.

This review is solely for a staff member named Michelle. She served a huge queue today and she was so patient and so friendly to everyone. It?s usual these days to have such a welcoming person manning the tills at any supermarket and Michelle was just lovely. She helped an elderly lady in front of me pack her bags and helped her pick them up. She didn?t make her feel rushed and smiled the whole time. So friendly and such a simple act of kindness.
