Poor customer service of that lady in the counter to take order !!!! So bad snob attitude.. Just looking at you the ignoring you .. terrible ! We ended up having dinner next door Burger King , best customer service !!!!

If they didn't want to deliver it far then don't have on radius or at least communicate.

Previously liked visiting this place. Food is as expected but the carpark has very short time restrictions. The company running it hand out a £100 fine for parking over one hour with no option to pay to park for longer. Not a good place to meet friends, have a party , or experience a busy time when there is a wait for chicken. Other places have much more sensible parking allowances. Not worth paying £100 extra for a meal with friends. Unlikely to visit again, lost a good customer KFC.
Parking: Free for only 60 minutes. Camera is faulty and if you are lucky it doesn't catch you. But if it does the company don't accept any excuses. £100 charge.
Kid-friendliness: Not suitable for kids parties. Make sure you are there less than an hour if you arrive by car.

Really poor service. Staff argue more than serve. Should all be sacked, disgrace
Kid-friendliness: Staff audibly swear in the kitchen which can be heard by everyone, go the competing burger king or the mcdonald?s 5 minutes away.

Been many times and by far the best KFC I have been! Went last night and had the freshest chicken and chips ever. Alot of KFC quality and consistency is terrible but this is one of the best.

Honestly the best KFC in the area. Even the newest one in Bedford lacks what this one has. Food is always fresh and comes out quickly. Restaurant is also always clean too.

2 times in a row the serrvice is terrible forgetting half of the food and Makimg you wait half an hour, scammed lost half our money foreigners serving who cant understand your order.

Stayed at Premier Inn nearby and fancied kfc as they were 5 minutes walk from hotel. This was after trying 5 times to order through the app both delivery and collection and each time the order failed. Went to the restaurant and finally placed our order and paid. While waiting we tried to order some cookies. Sign says quite clearly, 4 for £4. The young guy trying to ring it in eventually had to ask the lady (manager?) how to ring it in. She told us it was only available on the app! Yet sign right in front said 4 for £4 no mention of the app. So instead ended up payinb nearly £5 for the 4.
That relates to the 1 star rating for service. Now to the food. Having eaten kfc at many places around the uk ovet the past 40+ years I can only say not only was the chicken very poor quality but they appear to be missing all the spices that go into a kfc. Even the hot wings had no flavour. Thankfully we are never likely to be in this area again and if we were we would avoid thos place like the plague.
