Disgusting service!!! Waited 2 hours for food then you cancel and can not contact you for a refund

ordered on the app their website says to use, waited 1 hour 20, no update. phone number doesn't work. had to drive to the shop and only answer was they were waiting for drivers. when I said well I'll take it now then, I then had to wait another 15 mins for them to cook it. Delivery is a joke.
