Don't waste your time with the interview.They don't pay overtime(that's not specified before the interview),but they want you to complete the job for them...which means work for free.I was told that if work 9 hours I still get paid 10.That's rubbish cause they will make sure you wil always finish after 10 hours,work for free and blame you for that,Drive unsafe, dangerous load,defective vehicle/trailer to not work for free.

Twice now over 2 different deliveries have HM let me down. Twice seemingly for the same reason "the driver over ran on their first delivery run of the day" no communication to this effect until I chased it... very very poor

Delivery failed to turn up, no phone call or notification. Rearranged for the next day without asking me...called to say I was working. Women on the phone was very rude...simply answered with 'well we will send it back to the supplier then' no help at all, rude, sounded like she didn't care in the slightest.

Worst ever service. 4 times in the space of 10 days they called me and said that my parcel was 10 minutes away but it never arrived. They lied even the manager lied. DO NOT trust them. Do not do business with them. Do not believe them.

Needed to pick up a bathroom that the supplier took ages to dispatch into H &M, I called the office, spoke to Dan, he was very helpful, and allowed me to collect the products ahead of the scheduled delivery and get my tradesmen in on time. Top stuff!
